welcome to jadoo! by visiting our website or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms. we advise you to carefully read through our terms and conditions before shopping in our online shop.

jadoo is a small-batch glassware studio where each piece is hand-blown with care, intention and a bit of unpredictability that makes it uniquely its own.

because every item is made by hand, no two pieces are exactly alike. subtle variations in shape, color or size are natural to the process and are part of what makes each piece special. this is a reflection of the handmade nature of our work.

all sales final

all sales are final. unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.

damaged items

we take great care in packaging every order but if your piece arrives damaged, please reach out within 72 hours of delivery. include clear photos of the item as well as the packaging it arrived in so we can properly review the situation. each claim is carefully assessed and any refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion following review. claims submitted after 72 hours or without sufficient documentation may not be accepted.

shipping

processing and shipping times may vary as each piece is handled and packed with care. once an order has been shipped, jadoo is not responsible for delays, lost packages or items marked as delivered.

care & use

jadoo’s glassware is delicate and should be treated with care. we recommend hand washing only. these pieces are not dishwasher safe, not microwave safe and should not be used with hot liquids. avoid sudden temperature changes, as this can cause the glass to weaken or crack. proper handling will help preserve the life and beauty of your piece.
